The service department is very difficult to deal with and incompetent. There’s a new invention called a telephone that I’m not sure they’ve heard of. They are rude every time and expect you to drop your vehicle off for days/weeks at a time. At this point I don’t even want my truck anymore because it’s clearly impossible to get any of the issues fixed. Gracjan was informative, knowledgeable before and after the sale on the Vehicle we purchased. The only misinformation we received was on his lack of knowledge on sales tax options. He was enjoyable to work with.
