Excellent care for my dog. Very professional practice.
Recently left Delray Animal hospital. There's a long list of reasons but the number one issue was the iPad that basically asked how much do you love your animal. They are EXPENSIVE. Everything is a nickel and dime. I added a star and stayed longer then I should've for Dr. Rosen. She was great. Unfortunate that they went to this capitalist model.
I was a potential new client. I called shortly after 8 and was put on hold instantly without speaking to a CSR for over 5 minutes. That is ridiculous! I understand the clinics can get busy, but putting someone on hold for over 5 minutes is quite inconsiderate and a way to loose a new clients.
