This company responded to my Google inquire instantly on a Sunday. They worked with me to come at a time that was convenient and showed up on time. I thought I was just doing the diagnosis of the problem but jimmy figured it out quickly and had the part with him so the air conditioner was able to be repaired the David visit. I was very happy.
Ben was amazing! From discovering that the a/c stopped working to fixing it took under 2 hours! I heard back from Ben quickly through Google messaging and was super grateful that they had availability the same evening. The technician (Jesus) came super fast and diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to fix it on the spot. Good service, only annoying thing was I had to email them several times after paying the initial invoice to arrange an engineer to do the work. If i hadn't emailed them i am not sure how pro-active they would have been in contacting me.
The tech explained and showed me the problem without making me feel like an idiot. He is extremely honest and a great guy. His prices are fair, he will not try to rip you off.
The price is certainly worth paying seeing the service rendered! Great work, the company.
