We were taken care of by “Sia.” She was attentive, listened to our concerns, and helped us resolve our problem. I have an MDX and when we took it to another Acura dealership they just us “nothing was wrong” or would just write us off. We arrived at Delray Acura late in the evening so we were expecting to not get much done since it was so late in the day. We were wrong. Sia took her time with us and was so kind. The worst service experience I have had in my 45 years owning 25+ cars in my lifetime. I brought in my Acura Integra Type S (2200 miles) a week ago for a check engine / emissions light indicator. I asked my service advisor to check the code on the spot, but they refused (takes literally 10 mins) and he said to make an appointment and expect it to take 2 hours. Bought an RDX 2025 last month, part of the hood paint went off already and I have been trying to call the service/customer service department to see what is the protocol to follow to get this situation fixed. I gave a call last week and they were calling me back but never did. Gave them a call back again today and sent me to an automatic voice message, it seems once you buy the car they don’t care about their customers.

My wife brought our MDX in for some warranty work. Jorge Badia was our service contact. My wife absolutely trusts him to handle any car issues. Jorge is courteous and most professional in our dealings with Delray Acura and this was no exception. If after the sale service is a conern Jorge will exceed your expectations!

Excellent quality care of our car. We got there on time and were told the car would be ready around 12-1:00 and it was ready, got a call to come pick it up before 5. Very easy to work with over the phone and at check in/out. Thank you
