The front office staff have always been perfectly fine. However, the hours are kind of hit and miss and anytime I've actually needed the doctor, they're closed. The direct line never works and always says they're closed. If I try to make a same-day appointment, I'm redirected to MyChart appointments so they're never same-day, it's always about a week+ wait. Incredibly rude establishment. My girlfriend was treated like trash by the receptionist and her doctor doesn’t believe her as a patient and treats her like she can’t advocate for herself. These people should be ashamed of themselves and lose their licenses.
After being here over 25years, it's time to go. There aren't even anymore Doctors in this office.
I went in basically having a nervous breakdown as i lost my mother recently. The front staff was very empathetic towards me and super wonderful. When I saw the nurse practitioner shivani, she refused to prescribed me a med that practice has been giving me for over 10 years because I might abuse it. My chart shows i only get refills a few times a year IF THAT. She gave me an antihistamine instead and told me I should be grateful that I can hear, see and walk.
Great doctor. She listens to everything you tell her. Very through and very pleasant person. For me they are like Family. I'm sorry to say but Dr. SUZANNE SHENK is no longer with this practice miss her and she is the One
