My experience has been amazing! The Manger is great and responsive. The location is across from the beach. My neighbors are very friendly. The over all Vibe is Fantastic. The lobby is clean and secure. The only thing I noticed is the Pool Guy could do a better job. I like Csilla the manager. I have no complaints. I’ve lived here 6 months. Have been trying to reach leasing office for weeks and am unable to get through - it doesn’t matter what time of day, or what day of the week. They’re impossible to get a hold of; I suspect you’d have the same issues with maintenance as a tenant.
