I rounded up to 4, but this is really a 3.5. I enjoyed Delos and would definitely recommend it if you are experiencing symptoms (tight muscles) that require immediate relief. I had ~20 sessions, and each person I met with was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. If you go, I definitely recommend Keith, Brigitte and Nick. When I first came to Delos about pain in my knee when running, I had a free consultation with a DO. He pretty much guaranteed a full recovery after 12 sessions. "I've seen and fixed this pain hundreds of times, no problem. It does take 8-12 sessions though. You'll be running in no time." So I bought the sessions. Full disclosure: I worked at Delos Therapy several years ago. And that’s exactly why I’ve been longing to return to Chicago. I need some work on my bum neck. During my career as a manual therapist, the most impressive results that I ever saw were at Delos. Now I’ve been living in NYC for several years, and lately I've developed need for Delos on my own injuries.
