She was on her A+++ game with explaining the in's and out's of real estate in layman terms and helping us through the closing process. Delores Richards is Awesome! She help me find the perfect house even though I was a difficult customer. Delores took me from one county to the next looking at house after house but I just could not find the perfect one. When I finally found a home I still wasn't sure about the purchase so two days before closing I call Delores and asked her if she could show me another home, I was convinced Delores would think she wasted all that time helping me find a home and now after weeks of looking I expected her to start all over agai... read more
