I highly recommend Mary Hunt as a very professional realtor. She sold our home under adverse marketing conditions. She cheerfully negotiated three separate contracts before we accepted the third. Contrary to popular lore, the third was the best. She represented our interests at the closing as we were out of state, including the return of Comcast equipment which can be tricky at best. I would use Mary Hunt as a realtor again, both as a buyers agent and sellers agent.
