I would give less stars if I could. My SO and I chose DELO due to the proximity to Boulder, and because we absolutely fell in love with Louisville. However, since we have lived here (which is just barely over a year), we have gone through 10 Office Staff members, have absolutely no communication from office staff, and if you don't contact maintenance over the phone, you better be prepared to wait several days to get your problem fixed. RecommendedI've been at Delo for three months so far and everything has been great. I have some awesome neighbors, the community room has a kegerator and the management/staff are fantastic! The maintenance team is not only responsive but also proactive. My only complaint is that there are certain residents who feel they do not have to abide by the City of Louisville code and Delo policy requiring that dogs be leashed in the common areas. I think this needs to be enforced more strictly. Otherwise the community and amenities are very nic... read more
I love living here. Great apartments and the best location right next to downtown. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend these apartments.
