I’ve been going to Delmonico’s for years and for the most part have had great experiences there. The last time we dined in the waitress wasn’t exactly pleasant and we ordered food during Covid. I always order my steaks medium rare and it came well done. We spent well over $200 for dinner and when I called they took all my info and I never heard back. I’ve since left comments on fb and still nothing. I’m pretty disappointed.
Made reservations on Monday night for Thursday night to find out when I arrived that they were closed till Monday to test all their employees for COVID-19 and to actually professionally clean their restaurant. Would have been nice when I called to make the reservation that they wouldn’t be open. As a mom with 3 kids getting a baby sister is hard, was looking forward to a good steak dinner. Will not be giving them my business ever again after this.
Food is great! The atmosphere is perfect for any type of occasion.
