Delicious food, attentive, friendly waiting staff and relaxing, fun atmosphere! And family and friends that are the best!
No respect for reservations..no concept of hospitality service. Had 2:00 reservations made a month in advance for a graduation luncheon for my son at the Albany location. Arrived at 155 was handed a pager and told wait would be at least 35 minutes...and that all the reservation meant was to cut the standard wait time of 70 minutes in half. Wait ended up being 60 minutes...nothing was comped for our inconvenience ...no app no desert no drinks...unreal! Zero concept of how to handle a hospitality business. Food was great and service was excellent. Had a very nice waitress and we all had an awesome time.
I'm sad to say my last two visits were not great . On the one visit we had ants on our table . Then we went yesterday and we had priority seating and still waited hour and 20 minutes. Then my dinner came out wrong two times . 3 out of 4 chicken riggies dishes came out on linguine. We were there for four hours from start to finish and we didn't have coffee and desserts.
Shrimp scampi is the best ive ever had. Filet is delicious. Chocolate martinis and cappuccino pie. You can't go wrong. Just don't order the delmonico is a fatty mess.
Excellent food and service. I was there as part of my niece's First Communion celebration. I was very impressed with the entire event...
