My wife and I went to Delmonico while in Vegas. The atmosphere was very fancy and the service was great. I ordered the bone in ribeye. It was good once I got to the middle of the steak. The outside was very charred. My wife's filet was very bland. We've had better before at Longhorn. It's not the best steaks we've ever had, and for the price, I was expecting to be blown away.
What an amazing experience as well as meal. Every aspect was beyond expectations. The steak was so tender it was like butter...cannot say enough

I went to Delmonico's because my husband loves steak, not me. However, I ordered a filet mignon. I was absolutely blown away at how fabulous it tasted. I could have cut it with a butter knife and the flavor was delicious! We followed that up with the pecan pie dessert, thought I had died and gone to heaven. The cocktails were also very good. The service was above excellent! Can't wait to go back!
Outstanding service and the food and wine were out of this world. Our waiter, Tom, couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. From start to finish, this was one of the finest dining experiences we have ever had. Will definitely be back.
