The original Delmonico's in New York has been closed for more than 70 years, but its reputation as an elegant, luxurious restaurant is reincarnated here at the Venetian. Fabulous steaks are featured in addition to veal, seafood and pasta dishes. And the adage you get what you pay for was never more applicable than here.

Customer service is always top notch here.. Visited again 2/4, as we celebrated our 22nd anniversary. My wife had the lobster bisque, while I had the bbq shrimp, for appetizer, both very tasty! I had the bone in ribeye, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked.. Very tender, it cut “like butta”! Wife had a shrimp pasta dish, that she wasn’t that thrilled with.. hey, it’s a steak house! The food, the service, everything was over the top outstanding! The duck fat fried fingerling potatoes were that of how legends are made. My 55th birthday and the food and staff was even better than I imagined they could be!
Steaks � best restaurant, best service
The food was outstanding!! from the salad, steak to the desert, I enjoyed it fully. The service was first class also� I highly recommend this restaurant.
The BBQ shrimp appetizer is phenomenal. Deep, dark rich sauce that screams New Orleans. I dined solo and received perfect service, not ignored and no hovering. Petite filet was cooked to perfection, but be forewarned, the baked potato would easily serve two. Overall a delightful evening.
