I was there Tuesday August 4th with a date who had never experienced the finer side of dining. Being from a larger city I'm accustomed to certain service standards and quality of food. I must admit that our service was amazing. The gentleman I made a reservation with (drew) even made it a point to come to the table and welcome us. Now on to the food, we both had the 7oz. Staying at Cedar Pass Lodge in the Badlands for a couple of days before the rally. Decided to ride to Rapid City for lunch. Chose Delmonico based on reviews and was not disappointed.unch specials Ahi Tuna and BBQ beef tips were fantastic. Great value for quality food. Thanks for the memorable meal!
First time at the newly-renovated Delmonico Grill; t'was awesome! Very much enjoy the new interior setting and everything the three of us ordered was fantastic. The Kona crusted ribeye I ordered, for example, was out of this world. And the service was terrific - helpful, attentive, and cheerful (Thanks, Molly!)
Food was amazing and service was fantastic until I was chased down outside and told I didn't pay my full tab. I paid my tab and left more than a 30% tip due to service. Kinda makes ya mad being called out for something you didn't do. Server had the wrong ticket in her hand.
Food is pretty good waiters are friendly and accommodating. I am only giving it one star thanks to Paul the host.
