Thanks to Dr. Gaines and staff for their prompt and professional medical attention to my cat, and for being very caring when I needed to make a difficult decision. I really appreciate their dedication to provide care to animals 24/7.
Our pup had to spend the night there after surgery and the staff were very understanding, comforting, and communicated exactly what would happen during his stay. They called us with regular updates after each doctor's shift transition and were so patient with all of our (many) questions, even a week after we took our baby home.
Excellent staff! Everyone was so kind and caring and really took the time to explain things to us. They took great care of my kitty
I have had an amazing experience here! There is a great support team they have there! I had to take my cat there for bladder/kidney problems on a Sunday. Where they helped alleviate the pain and made him comfortable until my primary vet was open Monday. Then, after another stay at his vet my cat came home and was having more issues. My primary vet refused to speak to us and left us in the dark. So we call the emergency center and they heard us out and are continuing to help my cat during this process to keep him comfortable ... read more
