By all means AVOID DELMAR. if you are a local to Wisconsin, they are overcharging over tax and over assessing everything out there. They’re attempting to make it a complete tourist, residential area and charging assessments based on that. The association does nothing for you other than over manage and over charge for no perks. They increased the fees again in 2026!

Nice quiet subdivision. Love the improvements they are doing, pickleball court going in, basketball court updated. Nice quiet place with access to the lake. Perfection!!
