its been a long time coming , I am very impressed with the many changes that have taken place at Delmar 745. Their was a complete over haul of the staff ,which has led to many improvements from clean working elevators to timely repairs or replacement of damaged or broken appliances .Bravo!
Management is very poor, who ever is in charge of the building has horrible business skills and management. Harassment plays a big factor too i wouldn’t refer anyone to live here. Building isnt well kept and management tries to get their residents cars towed on the daily. 1/10 experience
