its been a long time coming , I am very impressed with the many changes that have taken place at Delmar 745. Their was a complete over haul of the staff ,which has led to many improvements from clean working elevators to timely repairs or replacement of damaged or broken appliances .Bravo!
I love it here. I'm close to everything, my apartment is nice and maintenance doesn't take long to fix any issues I may have.
I've been here from the beginning. Mgmnt is the best that we've had. Please do not judge when you don't really know the reasons why things happen the way they do. It's not always as it seems!!!
