Enquired about some parts and the very old sounding man said I must be ethnic because I asked for the best price. Not sure if it was racially motivated or he is just stupid
I ordered 3-4 selector fork for a w series gearbox. The fork thickness on one side was 0.6mm Less than the other side. I called to query this, and was asked to return it and they would get a machinist to take a look. 4 days later I received a call stating they were refunding the initial cost, with no reason why. I called to query this, and was told that's the way it is, I'm unsure why they manufacture them different to every other manufacturer in the world, but they should be the same size otherwise it will wear prematurely.... read more
