My experience had Della Mitsubishi was fabulous. I purchased this car on 03/06/2026 a 2020 Prius Prime Limited with 59k miles on it. I originally went in to look at a different vehicle a 2017 Prius Prime Advanced. After looking at it in person there were some things about it I didn't like about the older model. Giancarlo was the sales person who helped me. He told me they had this white 2020 Prius Prime that had just arrived, it wasn't clean or gone through the shop but they let me look at it anyways. Great quality product and an excellent buying experience. I love my new Outlander PHEV. Jacob and Chuck were honest, informative, and helpful without ever being pushy. I felt like I could trust them, and they were both professional and very knowledgeable throughout the process. I would definitely recommend working with them if you are in the market for a car. These guys are seriously awesome!
Was in the market to buy a truck, ended up finding a truck I was interested in and even filled out a credit application. Was contacted later that day and was told financing was all set. Tried to set up a time to come to the dealership. Was then ghosted for days. Contacted dealership a week later and was told someone would reach out the following day. Ghosted again. Exceptional service and wonderful staff. Brought in my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross for scheduled maintenance and Kerina at the service department was very helpful in making sure all required checks were done in a thorough and timely fashion.
