I have been doing business with Della for over twenty years. My family has purchased three Kia’s just this year. I couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from them. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.
Our 2020 Sportage has been burning oil for months. We have the extended warranty and keep getting the run around. Now they want us to do $600 combustion cleaning to “try that”. We shouldn’t have to pay if we have a warranty. We’ve purchased three vehicles from Della in two years. I’d expect better service.
Shout out to Chris Adams with helping me get into my amazing truck. I appreciate all the hard work and help. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and see Chris Adams and the team at Della Chevrolet. They work hard to get you the best. Will definitely be returning when I'm do for another vehicle.
Brandi and the rest of Della Kia’s staff were amazing! The manager was very transparent and understanding of where I wanted to be price wise. Mary was great to work with even with a busy day she made sure everyone was set so I could leave that day with a car! Brandi had tons of knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions.
