Clear communication. No trying to oversell services not needed. They saved us when our Seltos 2.0 broke down far from home. Now hopefully, KIA covers our tow and rental for the SECOND warrantied breakdown in two months. If Della was closer, we'd definitely get our service there and consider purchasing our next car there too.
Poor mechanical work on 1/17/26 I bring my 2010 soul for a recall and a oil change and tire rotation I go to leave the dealership and had to turn around and go back because my vehicle was shaking and pulling to the left went in and they said they'll have someone test drive it and says nothing is wrong like I'm making this up I live in massena ny so I'm not nextdoor but anyways I finally got the vehicle home and did my own inspection and found out they never changed the oil and underneath its missing the oil pan guard cover a... read more
Although I did not get a Kia, my Hyundai Accent is phenomenal. The sales department made the process very smooth and the sales department made sure my needed front breaks got done on my first service appointment. Frank and the rest of the staff at Della Kia are worth the time to stop in if you need a new vehicle.
