Unfortunately, we had car trouble on our way to Montreal and we happened to be in Plattsburgh. Our electric Chevrolet wasn’t charging. We were lucky enough to get our car over to Della and Nichole in the service department was an absolute lifesaver. They were able to diagnose the problem and the part was overnighted. she and her entire team in the service department got us back on the road quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Della Chevrolet!
SHOUT OUT to Nick Miller and the guys at DELLA CHEVROLET for another great experience! I guess I'm a Chevy girl at heart, back in an Equinox and loving it! ( No offense to all of you Buick lovers but I HATED the Encore.) This is my 5th DELLA over the years and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. The customer service is amazing and it doesn't hurt that the guys there are all , LOL. Thanks to Kevin and Mitch for assisting and thanks again to Sam Hoit!
