Will never buy from them again.. sold me a warranty, but won't fix anything unless you pay them a diagnosis fee.. if I have to pay you then why have a warranty? you don't tell people that when you sell them the warranty though.. very unhappy and will never buy from them again and I will tell everyone I can not to go here..
Very Friendly and Courteous Service. Had new key fob made. Took about 1 hour.
Our inside door panel was never put back on and they said the car was done. We showed the service manager and he looked then just walked away. Didn't give money back or offer to put the door panel back on. Awful service, will never recommend to anyone!!!
Ann Hornbeck, I have found the people working at the Mazda dealership in Queensbury to be very helpful and really great to talk to while you wait for very prompt service. I usually find sales people at dealers pretty annoying but not here- great people and great service.
I bought my 2017 GMC Sierra All Terrain a week ago and I absolutely love it. AJ did an amazing job on the sales end, very knowledgeable and very professional. Steve in finance did a great job working with my bank to get me a great deal. Together they got me the truck I wanted for an amazing price.
