We had a great experience at D'Ella purchasing our 2012 GMC Acadia. I came in last Friday (7/20) to look at and test drive the vehicle. We then worked out the details for the trade in after the test drive, and a few days later we took it home once we got the check from our bank. Van took very good care of us and it was an easy and flawless transaction from start to finish. We drove up from Clifton Park - about 45 minutes each way - and it was well worth it.
We had a wonderful experience at Della. Our son bought a GMC Terrain and our salesman, Alex Hernandez was great! He was a gentleman, patient with us, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We will definitely return there some day!!
If I could rank a negative, I would. Scheduled an appointment the evening before to test drive a used car. Spoke on the phone and followed with another email stating we would be driving 3-hours. The response included an email from the dealership asking that if our plans change to please contact the dealership to keep the sales staff informed.
