Surgery Dr.s were excellent but the nursing staff are rude and patient needs and questions are ignored or even in my case treated like a criminal when I complained of a nurses inappropriate actions which were witnessed by my wife. I was then what felt like an attack 5 nurses and security piled into my room to tell me I was in the wrong. Never cursed or insulted any staff but they didn't like my "tone" so I was subject to this treatment. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL PERIOD.
This hospital is VERY VERY VERY RACIST. I called the hospital to ask about my brother who was in an accident and JIMMY is the one that picked up. He was very rude and didn’t greet me back, and he also had an attitude for no reason whatsoever. He was unwilling to help even when I asked him what the next step I should take since he wouldn’t tell me where my brother was. JIMMY told me to call the police to ask for information about a patient at HIS hospital. How could you hire people with such a pitiful attitude & unwillingness... read more
