While the healthcare is excellent the stress and confusion involved in finding the location makes an already stressful experience (anything to do with American healthcare) 1000x worse. Please add some simple directions or faq’s in an easy-to-find spot on your website, or maybe make it an automatic message on your answering service. This is a very good hospital
Finding where your 'clinic' is in this complex is confusing. And then figuring out if it is actually legally accountable to UT or Ascension Seton is a nightmare. Honestly they need to quit trying to split things up and just let UT run things. Oh and letting a very badly-trained 'resident' treat you is a very bad idea.
