I bought an Alienware X17 R2. It is now a $4000 paperweight due to the unavailability of a power supply. They’ve had my computer 2 months and are now trying to send it back to me without repairing it due to the power supply being unavailable. DO NOT BUY anything from Dell. They’re a horrible company with terrible customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars. Buyer beware. You will regret buying anything from Dell. You’ve been warned.
I purchase Dell 24 All-in-One EC24250 in Oct 2025, one of default software Notepad has never worked, several technicians have tried to resolve the problem remotely but never worked. I purchased a Dell 27‑inch monitor on November 29, 2025, and it arrived about a week later. With the help of a Dell associate, I was able to connect it along with my older Dell 27‑inch monitor to my new Dell Tower Plus. Cannot get updated order status information from Dell or Logistics Carrier (Omni Logistics). No response to multiple emails or phone calls. Delivery date from Dell and logistics carrier is now overdue by two days. Very disappointed is the utter lack of transparency, communication, and responsibility. Atrocious customer service from a supposedly world class company. Timely communication and delivery of purchased (and payed for $$$$) product IS part of the service providers responsibility.
