I hate to leave a negative review bc Dr. Casadonte was knowledgeable and put us at ease. But the office is very difficult to work with. My son’s billing has been a mess and it’s nearly impossible to speak with anyone bc each dept is completely detached from the other. This office has billed me incorrectly more than once for just one single visit. It’s October now - we went in the Spring - and I am still receiving bills. A group of truly talented and incredible doctors. My son was born with a complex heart condition and we spent a year at "the" top hospital in the nation during his initial surgeries. We had our fair share of issues before transferring back home to Austin and ultimately transferring all care to Dell. We were initially a little hesitate as the program was just getting started but we have been amazed at the professionalism that all the team members have while still being empathetic and having great bed side. Dr. Fraser and his team are doing Gods work. Heather was extremely helpful she provided my family with information regarding Ronald McDonald house , lodging , gas reimbursement & also meal reimbursements. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful she provided us with tips on how to help my daughter cope with her little brothers open heart surgery. Shannon was extremely punctual with her check ins during my sons open heart surgery she was very reassuring & comforting.
