When arrived at The Specialty Care Center Brenda at the front desk s was not helpful. At check in Brenda didn’t ask for any information and just said to take a seat. Then waited for 30 min an still hadn’t been seen. I then had to ask why we still hadn’t been seen since the appointment had passed. Another front desk had to look up my sister’s info and told us that it wasn’t at this location and gave us the correct info. Bravo to Dr Freeze and her team that worked with son!! They were so warm and transparent about every single step and detail. The hospitality while I waiting for my son was surprisingly pleasant, considering it’s a hospital. They really listened and got to know my son and accommodated his needs to provide a stress free environment and experience. Setting up the appointment was smooth and quick. Big thanks to the team for taking care of my son! It truly means everything to me.
