Bravo to Dr Freeze and her team that worked with son!! They were so warm and transparent about every single step and detail. The hospitality while I waiting for my son was surprisingly pleasant, considering it’s a hospital. They really listened and got to know my son and accommodated his needs to provide a stress free environment and experience. Setting up the appointment was smooth and quick. Big thanks to the team for taking care of my son! It truly means everything to me.

I have an appointment tomorrow and I’m worried about the lisp Lady
0 stars. The front desk lady, the Mexican with the bad lisp couldn’t even help me. I’d been waiting for 45min and the place was empty. She just shrugged her hand up in the air. Not professional. I’ve had many appts here for my other son and the wait was never 45min. My appt was at 1pm it’s 130pm still never called back I even arrived at 1245. Worst customer service.
