Steer clear, my son had an issue with his ear. Each appointment was always late, the last an hour! On top of this, we paid upfront for the surgery he needed which was a mistake. Make them bill you instead. I've never paid more for any health procedure or surgery for such a small procedure.
Do not pay your bill when they present you in office. They make it look like they are going through your insurance, but never file. Two times I have paid in office, only to get sent a bill weeks later. The amounts don’t even match, and my insurance has no record of them ever submitting a claim, and then they ask me for proof of first payment… what? We had great care in the ER for my son’s fractured skull, but the billing here is an absolute nightmare. Do not pay in hospital/ my advice.
