Went to this location for my bfs daughters care. I made it very clear that I am not legally responsible for the bill, as she is not my dependent. I specified on the online forms that her biological mother is the guarantor and that her bio mom’s husband has the insurance. Despite this, I was still billed for the care and I intend on disputing it or getting legal counsel. Absolutely ridiculous that I am being held responsible for a bill that is not my responsibility to pay. Her mother is in the process of getting her tricare- ... read more

The description and location of the buildings are not correct. The main building with the circular covered driveway is the main hospital. The Medical Office Building (MOB) is the smaller building closer to the highway

The nursing and MD staff here have terrible communication and questionable medical care. I arrived to the ER with my 5 week old who presented with a fever. During in take my nurse replaced the word “fever” with “seizure” and was clearly fatigued towards the end of her shift…which showed when she had a hard time placing my daughter catheter and IV. When my granddaughter's fever spiked to 102°F, her pediatrician recommended they go to urgent care since it was after hours. I was tied up, so I asked my husband to meet them there to make sure everything went smoothly today. He arrived just in time to witness them attempting to insert a catheter and draw blood for the second time. Naturally, he was concerned and asked why a catheter was necessary for a baby with a cough ru... read more

I took my son here because he had an accident at school. I don’t like going to the ED when an urgent care is more appropriate but there were no urgent cares on my insurance. They had a TRUE emergency so it took a few hours before we were seen and I am so grateful. They treated him well, made him laugh and got his arms xray’d casted and in slings in short order. Excellent care and compassionate staff! Thank you!
