I went to hospital with my son for a procedure on Monday April 06, although the nursery office staff was a disaster in the third floor the staff in Dell Children's Medical Center Was very professional. They listened carefully to my concerns, Doctor Balthazar, the surgeon, Dr David, the anesthetic, the nurses, went above and beyond my expectations. During the procedure I was constantly informed. The staff was amazing, all of the nurses went above and beyond for my son. When he couldn’t sleep from all the medication they let him ride around the floor on a car at 2am hangout with all the nurses. They were so nice and just helpful with anything i needed or my son needed with no feeling that im asking too much. Where other hospitals would’ve sent us home they took care of my son and kept him until myself, The doctors and everyone was comfortable with him coming home. If I was hesitant, he stayed. The team at Dell deserves a 10. True masterclass. Every MRI person, nurse, doctor was excellent and had a great bedside manner.
