DO NOT GO HERE. This place will lengthen your stay as much as possible and then absolutely gouge you for money. Lots of tests and no results. Read through other reviews, you'll hear the same thing. At least their parking lot is big so you can camp out there after you receive the bill. If this is the new normal then this country is well and truly screwed. This is the worst response team I have seen. Sep 4 we came at 8:30 pm with the kid injury in the head . They made us wait 3 hrs and it’s 11:49pm still not called. I am going to file a formal complaint . This is the ridiculous experience and would prefer audit and will be suing this place. We came here because my friend suggested this and the way the people respond is ridiculous too.
We are beyond grateful for Dell Children’s Hospital and the incredible team of nurses, doctors, specialists, and staff who cared for our baby. From the moment we arrived, we felt heard, supported, and most importantly, we felt like everyone was committed to getting to the root of what was happening with him.
