I want to highlight in my review how respectful and really inclusive people in this hospital are. I have a set of medical preferences/history that i try to stick to. Every time when this was coming into discussion I felt… normal. Parents who dont vaccinate and stick to naturopathic remedies will know what Im talking about. Not put down, not “inclusively respected”, but just normal as any other patient in this hospital. Such a clean and professional facility ! My little one was comfortable and my family was welcomed during our appt.
Great experience from start to finish!
The nurses were kind and attentive. My complaint comes from the fact that I received a bill estimation for $800 and actual bill for $2400. Upon escalating the bill through 2 different code reviews and waiting 3 months, I was told that the $2400 bill was accurate and there was no one else to speak to. My child received no medications, tests or procedures. I was also billed for the provider fee which I understand and paid immediately. So the $2400 bill was purely a facility fee. Again: NO tests.
