On Monday my son’s kidney was injured at football practice and I took him to the north Dell location. Upon arrival, they immediately admitted him to triage and started performing tests on him. Walking through the facility we were greeted by friendly staff who put my mama heart at ease and made me feel and my son feel cared for (even my 4 year old daughter with us thought the hospital was nice… she loved all the cartoon pictures on the doors that someone drew). What a wonderful hospital! We just moved here from Nashville, TN, and my son had some GI issues. They checked him through and through bloodwork, IV fluids, ultrasound, and X-ray just to make sure nothing was missed. The care here is outstanding. The doctors are truly being doctors: they listen, they don’t dismiss your concerns, and they don’t just say “you’re fine, here are some meds.” This has been the best hospital experience my son has had so far. If you have children just drive here FIRST! … Beautiful facility in an unbeatable location! It’s close to just about everything, which made getting around and what I needed incredibly convenient. The staff were absolutely exceptional - kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to help us during a stressful time. Their professionalism and compassion made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Sadly I've had to take my kids to this ER on a couple occasion's. The experience was about as good as you could hope for ER visits. Biggest thing is we were in and out in a short amount of time.
