It was terrible, the person didn’t take pride in their work and literally left my nails, not even shaped or anything, it took like 20 minutes for her because she didn’t care about what she was doing. She was just trying to get me out in the next person in.
As a customer of this place from the day they opened I can officially say it’s gone down hill! I’ve been extremely dissatisfied the last two times I’ve come here and I will NOT be returning! I asked for an acrylic removal and a new set of gel acrylic to be done. The worker Vincent was very cold and rushed although no one was in there! I asked if he could remove what looked like hair in the paint in which he pulled out tweezers and did not pull out any hairs. Came in with my mom and sister for pedicures, sans reservation. We were seated immediately, even though they didn't have enough staff to accommodate right there and then. However, it wasn't a long wait and it gave us time to go over polish colors, and just relax and chat. They were kind and efficient, and even though we were all finished at different times we never felt rushed and they welcomed us to relax until we were all done. day after my nails were done by Jacky, I noticed 2 nails were done lumpy. the tech got upset because I asked her to pls fix them. Her response was, " I was too picky ". I also asked her if she can fix the clear polish on my 2nd hand because the corners of the nails were mised. the man , coworker next to her told her to help me-- Jacky's respond to him was that my nails were fine.
