Came in with my mom and sister for pedicures, sans reservation. We were seated immediately, even though they didn't have enough staff to accommodate right there and then. However, it wasn't a long wait and it gave us time to go over polish colors, and just relax and chat. They were kind and efficient, and even though we were all finished at different times we never felt rushed and they welcomed us to relax until we were all done. day after my nails were done by Jacky, I noticed 2 nails were done lumpy. the tech got upset because I asked her to pls fix them. Her response was, " I was too picky ". I also asked her if she can fix the clear polish on my 2nd hand because the corners of the nails were mised. the man , coworker next to her told her to help me-- Jacky's respond to him was that my nails were fine. There were other imperfections like the nails were not filed even....but I was afraid to let her know.......since the first request was ignored . N... read more
I love this place. They are super clean and very nice. Their prices are very reasonable and they make you leave happy.
I did not have a great experience at this nail salon. The guy who did my nails was listening to music on his phone and did not even talk to me or interact with me. When he did speak to me, he was rude and had an attitude. He didn’t even go over options for pricing or services. He did my gel manicure quickly, and my nails are chipping a few days after I got them done. I will never return to this nail salon! I even had to hear an employee snoring in the back room and employees eating their lunch loudly.
