Matt helped me with the purchase of a fixer for my spawn. He was great. It was damn-near painless from start to finish and when there were was a snafu (having NOTHING to do with him) he calmly helped me fix it and we were back in business within the day. He has a great deal of respect for older homes and neighborhoods, and I found that refreshing. PS: He is HILARIOUS.
Matt is the best, my wife and I hit it off with him immediately! He was super responsive, flexible, knowledgeable, and really was able to get a quick sense of what we were looking for. We had a lot of questions from the beginning and Matt was always great about providing thoughtful insight and feedback on whatever it was we were looking at. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. I would recommend working with him 10 times over.
Matt was great to work with. He was willing to go out of his way to show multiple homes multiple times, even though I wasn’t looking for anything high dollar. I never felt like I wasn’t worth his time. He went above and beyond even helping with things during the closing and post closing when I was out of town. I have recommended him to several friends who have had similar experiences. Will definitely work with Matt in the future.
After no luck finding a home with an agent from a different company my husband and I decided to give Matt a go and we didn’t regret it! He was very knowledgeable with Columbus, worked hard to understand what we wanted in a home, and sent us multiple house to consider. After looking at only three, we put in an offer and it was accepted! He talked with the listing agent and kept a good relationship with her while our loan process took longer than expected. After closing he even moved the lawn at our new home! He’s top notch!
Even though our house was Matt's first listing, you wouldn't have known. He was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had and worked very hard to get our house sold. After we were in contract, we found a house to buy quickly and closed on both in a month and on the same day!
