Great Service – The service from this company is impeccable. I have never had a single complaint in all the years I have been using them for catering. It takes less than an hour most days for my food to show up.

Great People – The people that work for this company are some of the most professional and friendly that I have come across. Every time I call in an order, my CSR is polite and knowledgeable, and they never get my order wrong. The drivers are incredibly helpful when setting up the food. The service alone with this place is worth the 7.99 delivery fee.

Bad Service – I used this service a few times for catering. They were only on time once. The food order was correct one time! The other times, the food was not what I ordered. After paying exorbitant amounts of fees, I expected much more. The food order was incorrect. Most of it wasn't even what I ordered. I lost important clients thanks to these guys.

Terrible! – This company is really bad. I ordered Mexican food (I won't say the restaurant's name, because I still think they are good). The food was soggy and some of it was cold. It was like the food sat in the bag for a while. For the amount of time I waited for this food, I could have had already started to eat it at the restaurant. It's not worth the $7.99 fee for delivery. Don't bother wasting your money.

This service stinks – I ordered from this company three times. The first time they told me 45 minutes to an hour. I received the food in an hour and 20 minutes. Nobody bothered to call me. The "manager" told me that he would give me a free delivery. The food wasn't very hot and I waited a while to get it. So, in my laziness, I ordered again. Good experience – I had a wonderful experience with these guys a few nights ago. I ordered from Claim Jumper (so good!), but the restaurant made my steak salad incorrectly. Everyone was so helpful! The driver called the office, the office called the restaurant, and before I knew it, the driver had driven all the way back to the restaurant to get the correct salad, and he brought it to me with no extra charge! This kind of service makes it worth the $7.99 delivery fee!!

Great Service – This is a great service. I've been ordering from this place for years, and I've always been satisfied with my experience. I've been looking for a place to express how much I like them, so I'm glad I finally found this. If you live in the Phoenix metro area, you should for sure use this place.

Gotta Love It – You have to love this service. This is the only place I know of that will deliver good-quality food! I just put in an order from TGI Fridays! And two nights ago, I ordered from Malees on Main. What could possibly be better than that? The delivery fee is so reasonable I could hardly believe it, and the food is always delivered on time, less than an hour after I order. I couldn't ask for more!
