Surprised that I waited 5 minutes in LINE to pay for my food that I had ordered about twenty minutes before me going in for pickup. Cashier stated, they don't scan QR on their app. He did not do that at that location?? I had to ask and offer my phone number for me to get my points. Quite annoying. Food was not as good as expected due to the long wait and new employee maybe? I'm pretty sure his name wasn't alexandria as shown on the receipt.
I came in today and ordered a sandwich with my daughter. And given the store wasn't busy but the tickets on a brief glance there was like maybe 4 long tickets. The lady runing the place was giving out a 15 to 20 minute wait times to people coming in. There was another guy there but from what it looked like was just idling around. I would never come back to this place, I was the only customer in the place, I got a turkey avocado sprouts. They took over 15 minutes giving me my order and the wrap didn’t have avocado nor sprouts and it was 90% lettuce 10% turkey. The girl that made my sandwich looked like she hated her job and didn’t even apologize when I told her about the wrap. Also manager didn’t even acknowledge when I told him about my order, definitely not recommended.
The guy in charge at the register threw a man child tantrum on Saturday. Management needs to look into this. Props to the female on the food line. She was doing her best even though she got stuck with the work.
