This office has some serious problems. She took over after Dr. Marquina passed away. I had been using him for several years. He was outstanding. I've had two appointments with her and will not have another. Each time i was kept waiting for over an hour. What's worse is that on both occasions I was the first appointment of the day. She requested testing and then her office never followed up. She has none of Dr. Marquina's records. I've decided to switch to NCH Pulmonary Group.
I had a 10:00am appointment at the office. I signed in at 09:47 and waited in the lounge area. Mind you there were a couple of patients before me, While waiting 3 additional patients came in and signed in. I was waiting for approximately I hour and that's when the other 3 patients (whom arrived after me) were called into the office. I asked why I was not called previously and was told they were ahead of me. Well needless to say that was untrue and left. My time is just as important.
