She seemed totally overwhelmed with too may patients. She did not address my questions as she was too hurried and interrupted by staff. Visit after waiting nearly one hour was a waste of time. Find someone else.
Bad experience. Both Dr and staff rushed me thru my first appoinment. I would ask a question she would give me a quick answer and leave the room. This has opened 4 times! She gaved me a prescription not telli my med what it was for. Last visit to this Dr.
She is very professional, caring, understanding,and excellent in what she does. She explains everything with full details.
I been seeing Dr Sanchez for 4 years now and I love her she is a great and special kind of Dr one of a kind like you don't see anymore. I travel from north fort Myers to Naples just to see her . I refuse to see any other doctors that might be closer.
The doctor is fine but her staff is incompetent. It took over 6 months from first office visit to receiving required equipment for severe sleep apnea. From scheduling me for my sleep study to the wrong location to the mispacement of my records to severe delays in getting the records to the equipment provider, it has been a constant struggle of numerous phone calls and frustrating delays. They rarely return calls and it is very difficult speaking with staff. I would go elsewhere.
I was able to get an appointment within two weeks of referral from my GP. The nurse who did the intake was friendly and professional. Dr Sanchez was prompt in seeing me and she immediately made me feel at ease. She seemed knowledgeable, caring. She reviewed the results of my CT scan with me and worked up a treatment plan for my asthmatic bronchitis. She explained everything completely. Highly recommend to others.
