I agree with the other review if I could give negative stars I would. 3 trips 2 different techs and the best they could tell me is you must have a leak but we can't find it. They don't keep in contact with the customer or the warranty company. Habitually late and completely inexperienced. With no customer service. They can't even complete simple reports to give to the warranty company to have jobs completed. Like I said 1 week 2 techs and still no air conditioning. Without the report the warranty company hands are tied also.... read more
Horrible experience trying to get air conditioning fixed. Late and inexperienced technician. Ordered wrong part. My air conditioner was working. It just was not cooling me upstairs after the tech left today. My air conditioner is not working at all. They are horrible.
