Delfina is tiny but very popular, which generally means it is packed and quite loud inside. Luckily, you will not need to say much except, "This is really good!" and "I would like another order of this," both of which can be conveyed with hand gestures and facial expressions. Seafood dishes are the highlights of the menu. So are the pastas, risottos and vegetarian specialties. Save room for dessert, which features the awe-inspiring Panna Cotta that is a homemade religious experience. The service is terrific.

The wine selection, house made pasta and eclectic desserts are all top notch.
Literally one of, if not THE best Italian we have ever had, anywhere in the country. Everyone says try the spaghetti, and yes it seems almost too simple to try, but it's a must have! The sauce is to die for, a little spicy which we loved! We also got the bread for an appetizer (worth the $4!) as well as the gnocchi ragu- also the best we have ever had, the gnocchi melted in your mouth. Amazing place, must eat at while in SF! Make sure to make a reservation to be safe, you won't be disappointed!
Love this place. I have had most of their pizza and pasta dishes - and loved each and every one of them....
