Worst ever! Never even were aware of most of immediate family, totally lied about flowers (left to rot in dirt at grave site ). All except 3 family were not even offered seating, it was musical chairs grab what you can and 9 of 12 family were left standing out side. I was ask to give the family time and leave the room, it was my son that died and my surviving twin son that I was going to comfort. Never again! Horrible in every way treated like we didn't belong.
