I love the doctors and staff here. They are very responsive to my needs (refills, referrals etc). I love Dr Cook and Dr Ruppersberger. They are the best around.

I called to schedule a new patient appointment . Whoever picked up was very snarky and unprofessional. I work in the medical field and that is not how you talk to patients . I called to cancel the appointment. Nasty service !
I have been going here for many years. I used to always see Dr. Drew, and he was awesome. I saw Bev the PA-C and she was my fav. I miss her terribly. Dr. Cook is awesome my husband see's her. I think the staff needs to remember it is an open window and we (the patients) can hear everything they are talking about. Some of which we shouldn't other than that the place is good
Patients time has no value. Doctors stand outside and chit chat about everyone else while patients sit there waiting for them. Each appointment takes between 2-2.5 hours. Not to mention doctor has no time to talk to patient about their results.

My wife Cathy got me to come here. I can honestly say that Dr. Mercora saved my life. With the different health situations I am facing, Dr. Mercora has helped me tremendously and steered me in the correct direction. I also cannot say enough about the staff including Jackie, she is a tremendous asset to the staff. Sarah in the office has helped me so much, I could never thank her enough. I highly recommend Dr. Mercora and the entire staff.
