During my recent visit to this office, while the pandemic was occurring, I was surprised at the difficulty of service and extreme changes that have been implemented in this office. The new office staff was very rude and condescending and, when I asked questions, I quickly learned that I had missed a communication due to a typo in my email address, that my (double) appointments would be much longer and more difficult. I came here to update my once 5 star review for this practice. I debated even writing a review but I don’t think it’s fair to others when researching dentists to not have the chance to see updated reviews. What once was top not service has turned sub par. I went from being a patient they cared about to a number on their billing records. I had a cleaning scheduled for 7/10/20. RecommendedDr. Papp, Dr. Massa and the whole staff here are absolutely amazing. My daughter doesn't like going to the dentist due to a horrible experience with another office. Dr. Massa was so amazing with her. She had to get a cavity filled and was just so comfortable with the whole process. Thank you guys so much!!
RecommendedI went today after a bad experience at another dentist. they were absolutely wonderful to me. didn't make me feel bad that I didn't have dental insurance and are going to be helping me get this awful toothache gone by tomorrow. as someone who has high anxiety when it comes to the dentist I will definitely be back.
