Horrible. Waiting 2 weeks to get a medication filled and asked to wait 3 more days for the provider to get back to me. Avoid this place at all costs. Right now as I write this I have been on hold for close to an hour. As soon as I get my sleep study done I am done. Worse 100 dollars I have ever spent in my life to see a nurse practicioner no less.

It took months to get an appointment, and when i finally did, i showed up at the office and waited for 30 minutes, only to then be told that my doctor had just left for the day, and apparently “forgot to check if he had any patients left”. i was forced to reschedule for a week later, and was told it would be for an in-person visit at the same location. This is the worst ever place I ever went. They promised everything but never did it. They should have ordered it but wasted me two months. When you call them, they even become impatient. Avoid this at all!!!!!!!!
