Complete waste of my time. I dodged a bullet and saved myself a couple hundred dollars, at least. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone to begin with. All communication, if you do get ahold of someone, is with a call center that sounds like it is somewhere in South Asia. They're difficult to understand and they give incorrect answers when you ask questions. I'm fairly sure during one phone call I was speaking to an AI bot. I am thoroughly disappointed in this practice. I left them about a year or so ago because it was impossible to get ahold of people, from the doctor to the individuals working the phone. I was dissapointed in the quality of services as well-the very first practitioner telling me if I had narcolepsy then there wouldn’t be much they could do for me, to the next doctor being impossible to get ahold of for refills resulting in me going without needed meds. Horrible!! The people who answer the phones and I spoke to three today and wasted an hour of my life with no appointment scheduled . They speak over you, don’t listen to the purpose of the call, and ask the same thing over and over again.
They never answer their phones and so far I have not been especially happy with the doctors I’ve seen. The first doctor I saw at intake was rude and very dismissive when I described to her a fluoroquinolone-induced injury. Dr Lambert is good.
My sleep Dr is professional kind and listens to me everyone's is great
