It took months to get an appointment, and when i finally did, i showed up at the office and waited for 30 minutes, only to then be told that my doctor had just left for the day, and apparently “forgot to check if he had any patients left”. i was forced to reschedule for a week later, and was told it would be for an in-person visit at the same location. This is the worst ever place I ever went. They promised everything but never did it. They should have ordered it but wasted me two months. When you call them, they even become impatient. Avoid this at all!!!!!!!!
Waited a while before posting my review. I kept trying to reschedule my appointment, but couldn’t get a response for my results of my sleep study. I had hesitations about going there. This was a complete waste of time and money.
They never answer their phones and so far I have not been especially happy with the doctors I’ve seen. The first doctor I saw at intake was rude and very dismissive when I described to her a fluoroquinolone-induced injury. Dr Lambert is good. They also charge me for something every month. When I reply to their text then an automated system calls me, puts me on hold, then after a few minutes hangs up.
