Worst experience with a doctor office ever. You will never get a hold of anyone to make appointments or ask questions. I had a sleep study done in September and they never called or followed up. They ignored multiple messages to just get results. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Every time I've been to this office creeped out there's something extremely weird and unhealthy about the place... Issued me a Phillips machine approximately 5 years ago.. I have received no information from this company about a recall or anything.. I actually believe this is a scam office.. You're taking your life in your hands to deal with these people ..don't
Horrible!! No sense of urgency, waited 2 weeks for a call back to set up a consultation. Two weeks for the forst available appointment. Did a home study the end of august was told i would get my results less than 10 days, waited a month called the office and receptionist only option was to send an instant message to another department were she can see someone ordered a cpac machine. Called today a week later on hold of 20 mins for the same receptionist to say that she will send a message to the director so things canh get es... read more
Every time I call for answers concerning my cpap, bill...etc, no one ever answer the phone. You have to leave a massage and they still don't call you back.
I am very disappointed that my doctor would refer me to a place that is so unorganized, unprofessional and you can never reach a person in the office.
