Delaware Realty Management has been Managing my Rental Property for almost 15 years now. They are always responsive and on top of any issues or concerns that may arise at the property. The staff that handles my property is friendly and helpful and quick to ensure my tenants are taken care of. The maintenance company that they use is always quick to address any maintenance that may be needed, even on nights and weekends. I couldn't be happier with the company I chose to manage my rental property.
