If you’re a patient at Delaware Psychological Services in need of psychiatric services, I highly recommend not being seen by Katelin Talbert, PA-C, as she is highly unprofessional and rude. Before I arrived she sent me a message stating she “doesn’t know what the front desk was looking at” because they scheduled me for 3pm. She rescheduled me for 430pm then sent another message asking me if it was a man or woman who scheduled my appointment. Make sure you are “in-network” with your insurance before you schedule your appointment. I called and gave them all my information including my insurance. I called a few days before my daughter’s appointment to see how much my co pay would be. The receptionist at the front desk, I didn’t get her name said she would call me back the same day and let me know if I had to pay anything on the day of the appointment.
