I have seen a few of the doctors and have been very pleased with my experieces. I feel the tests that are ordered have really helped to evaluate my health better instead of trying to push medications on me. This is a very busy office but it seems all doctors offices in these times are busy.
Saw the new doctor for the first time and I must say that he is very good. A very compasionate gentleman. Listened to me and explained my medications clearly. Now I'm taking my medications regularly because I understand how it helps me. I'm happy that I have him as my primary doctor!
Where have the doctors who care gone? This practice has been typical of my medical experience of the last 10 years. Doctor comes in, quick fires a bunch of questions then prescribes some expensive tests. No time taken to know the patient at all or figure out the problem without just going straight to CTscans and ultrasounds. In reading the previous review, I decided to time my hold - I'm writing this on hold - 5 minutes, not too bad for middle of the day I'd say.
It's unfortunate that I have to give the practice a 2/5 starts as my Practitioner (Dr. Morris) is phenomenal, however the receptionists are THE WORST. Since I've been seeing Dr. Morris, I've been on hold waiting for the receptionists longer than the face time I've had with the doctor. The receptionists will tell you they will call back and NEVER FOLLOW-UP. They tell you they will leave notes in your file or for the doctor and NEVER do. They try to pass you off to someone else EVERY TIME instead of helping you with your issue... read more
