The owner of this lot also owns Dry Patrol. He currently ran away to Maryland in order to escape paying is subcontractors and venders. The same guy that talked an old couple into selling their property to him for $360,000 and now has it for sale for $4,000,000 and still won't pay the few thousand dollars he ows. This place is clean, very secure and well lit. The office staff are professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.
